The admission in this course is subjected to the completion of the Certificate requirements within two years from the initial enrolling date. The tax courses will be provided according to the pre-decided program and this will be concluded in the two years time. On the other hand, meeting the graduation requirement is essential to get the Estate Planning Certificate. To fulfill this requirement, the candidate needs to secure a minimum of 2.5 points in the Graduation Program.

There are a number of documents that are essential for taking admission in this course. The candidates have to provide a certificate provided by the law school attained by the applicant. The certificate should describe that the applicant has secured J.D. Or LL.B. degree.
