About Estate Planning Council of Vancouver
The Estate Planning Council of Vancouver was incorporated in 1961. It is one of the biggest estate planning councils in Canada. The council was set up by implementing the Estate Planning Council (Toronto Chapter) in the form of a directive for regulations and bye-laws.
The Estate Planning Council of Vancouver was founded by a number of accountants, attorneys, trust officers, and life insurance marketers to assist one another in comprehending the numerous regulations that were related to estate planning. At present the President of the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver is James D. Burns.
The Estate Planning Council of Vancouver holds meetings on a regular basis. The principal aim behind these meetings is to offer a platform for exchange of views and discussion of interesting topics on different issues associated with estate planning.
Eligibility Criteria for becoming a Member of the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver
In order to become a member of the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver, the following qualifications are necessary:
Representatives of Trust Companies
Chartered Life Underwriters
